| Abstract: | This work studies Mariama Bâ’s So Long A Letter and J. Nozipo Maraire’s Zenzele, A Letter for My Daughter through the lens of African feminism. It also strives to show the feminine condition in post-colonial Africa, in general, and in the studied texts, in particular. The African feminist traits in the selected texts are highlighted and explained. I have also attempted to focus on the form of the works as both novels belong to epistolary tradition |
