Guide aux auteurs
1- Soumission des articles
Nous invitions les auteurs désirant publier leurs articles à caractère appliquée, dans «Revue Santé Mentale et Neurosciences » à consulter les rubriques : « Instructions aux auteurs» et « Guide aux auteurs» de notre espace réservé sur la plate-forme des revues scientifiques algériennes,via le lien suivant : https://www.asjp.cerist.dz/en/PresentationRevue/889
Les auteurs sont invités à soumettre en format Word leurs propositions d’articles via ASJP. Ceci peut s’effectuer en cliquant sur la rubrique « Soumission d’article »se trouvant à droite de l’espace réservé à la revue par la plate-forme ASJP.
Si l’auteur dispose d’un compte« Nom d'utilisateur et Mot de passe » pour Revue Santé Mentale et Neurosciences, aller à la « Connexion ». Et si l’auteur a besoin d'un nom d'utilisateur et mot de passe, aller à « Inscription».
Observation :L’inscription et la connexion sont nécessaires pour soumettre un article en ligne et pour vérifier l'état de la soumission.
2- Préparation de l’article
Afin d’accélérer le processus de publication des articles dans, Revue Santé Mentale et Neurosciences les auteurs sont invités à utiliser le modèle type de la Revue. Une feuille de style (modèle) est mise à la disposition des auteurs dans la rubrique «instructions aux auteurs» pour insérer leurs articles. Les auteurs peuvent télécharger le modèle(RC_Template_French.doc) à partir de la rubrique «instruction aux auteurs».
3- Lignes directrices de l’auteur
- Les auteurs sont invités à lire et à suivre attentivement ces recommandations,
- L’éditeur en chef a le droit de retourner les manuscrits qui ne sont pas présentés conformément à ces recommandations.
4- Processus d’évaluation des articles
Dans un premier temps, l’article est examiné en mode anonyme au niveau du secrétariat (comité interne) de la revue qui se réunit régulièrement et intervient dans la phase de pré- évaluation. Il donne un avis d’éligibilité des articles avant tout envoi aux éditeurs associés. Si l’article n’a pas reçu un avis favorable lors de cette phase, il sera retourné à l’auteur avec une fiche comportant des commentaires et des suggestions. L’auteur peut le resoumettre en tenant compte des recommandations formulées.
Dans un deuxième temps et dans le cas où l’article est éligible à l’évaluation (style d’écriture correct, problématique bien posée, présence d’hypothèses de recherche, méthodologie explicitée,…etc.), il sera transmis en double anonymat à l’éditeur associé du domaine de recherche en question, qui à son tour le soumettra à deux évaluateurs de son réseau, qui vont prendre en charge le papier suivant une grille d’évaluation normalisée qu’ils doivent obligatoirement renseigner. L’éditeur associé peut également évaluer l’article s’il le souhaite. Le secrétariat de la revue assure l’interface entre les auteurs des articles et les éditeurs associés.
Lorsqu’un projet d’article recueille un avis favorable et un autre défavorable, une troisième évaluation est commandée, en tenant compte de sa provenance, nationale ou étrangère. Et la conclusion du troisième arbitrage déterminera le résultat d’acceptation, qui sera considéré comme définitif.
En cas d'acceptation après la modification, l'auteur de l'article doit apporter les corrections requises dans un délai ne dépassant pas un mois.
Si l'article est accepté ; L'auteur doit envoyer obligatoirement l’attestation de transfert du droit d'auteur (RC_Copyright Transfer and Declaration_French.doc), qui peut être téléchargé à partir de l’espace Web de la revue à la plate-forme, sous la rubrique «Guide pour les Auteurs » sous forme d’un fichier compressé.
5- Le délai d’évaluation des articles
Le délai d’évaluation qui leur est accordé et de 20 jours minimum, mais les évaluateurs mettent en moyenne un mois à deux mois pour faire parvenir au secrétariat de la revue.
AUTHOR’S GUIDE
- 1. Submission of articles
We invite authors who would like to publish their original articles of practical research nature to see the "Author's Instructions" and the "Author's Guide" in " Journal of Mental Health and Neurosciences " clicking on the following link of ASJP- the Algerian Scientific Journals Platform:

To submit articles for publication, authors have to click on the "Send Article" Section on the list of options to the left of the page of the Journal on the ASJP platform.
If the author has an account (a username and a password) to access the Journal’s space, s/he must click the "Login" option. If s/he does not have an account, he / she will register himself by clicking the "Registration" option.
Note: Registration and logging in are necessary so that the author can submit his/her article through the platform, and follow it up.
- Preparation and edition of the article
In order to expedite the publication of articles in Journal of Mental Health and Neurosciences, authors are invited to download a template that meets the publication requirements (RC_Template_Engl.doc) from the Journal’s account on the platform under the Author's Instructions Section.
- Guidelines for the author
- Authors are invited to read these recommendations and apply them carefully.
- The editor-in-chief has the right to return the articles that do not respect these rules.
- Article Evaluation Procedures
In the first step, the article is examined anonymously (after deleting the name (s) of the author(s)) at the level of the internal secretariat of the Journal, that meets regularly to check the authors' compliance with the publication rules, and the appropriateness of their articles to the Journal's field of specialty before sending them to the editors. If the article does not receive a positive response from the editors, it will be returned to the author with comments and suggestions. The author can re-submit it after taking into account the recommendations made.
In the second step, if the article complies with the rules of publication and its relevance to the subject, the article will be eligible for the evaluation process (correct writing style, correctness of the problem, hypothesis of research, an explicit methodology for addressing the problem, etc.). The anonymous article is then double blind peer reviewed by the editors, and each one of them will send the article to two reviewers under his network, according to a unified evaluation network they must fill out. The co-editor can also review the article himself if s/he wants to do this. The secretariat of the Journal maintains liaison and coordination between the authors and the associated editors.
When the article receives a positive evaluation and a negative one, it will be presented again to a third evaluator from within or outside the country; the article’s evaluation is determined by the final outcome of reviewing. If the article is accepted after modification, the author has to make the required corrections in a period of time that does not exceed one month.
If the article is accepted, the material submitted for publication should be attached to the "Copyright Transfer", which can be downloaded from the Journal space on the platform. This acknowledgment is included in a compressed file under the "Author's Instructions" Section.
- Article Evaluation Period
The article is evaluated in a minimum of 20 days, but the evaluation can take a longer period of one to two months on average.
