Automatisation et supervision d'une armoire de gestion des huile finies CEVITAL

Abstract

L’objectif de notre projet est d’étudier l’unité de conditionnement d'huile finis pour des différentes lignes de production au sein de l’entreprise CEVITAL. Au début, nous avons identifié les équipements matériels constituant notre système. Ensuite, nous avons procédé à l’automatisation en partant du cahier des charges jusqu'à la configuration matérielle et logicielle dans TIA Portal, y compris le contrôle PID et le protocole de communication PROFINET. Une interface Homme-Machine (IHM) a été développée pour la supervision de système en temps réel en utilisant l’IHM TP1500 Comfort. The main purpose of our project is to study the oil conditioning unit, for different production lines, within the CEVITAL company. First, we identified the components and the hardware devices of our plant. Then, we proceeded with the automation, from the specifications to the hardware and software configuration in TIA Portal, including PID control and PROFINET communication protocol. A Human-Machine Interface (HMI) was developed for real-time system supervision using the TP1500 Comfort HMI.
