Abstract:
L'analyse financière doit porter un diagnostic financier sur la situation de l'entreprise. Ce diagnostic consiste à étudier la situation financière de l'entreprise dans le but de mettre en évidence ses points faibles et ses points forts. Le diagnostic ne consiste pas une fin en lui-même. Il ne peut pas non plus se limiter à l'étude d'une situation passée et doit intégrer une dimension prospective.
Nous avons a partir des états financier de LA VALLÉE mené un diagnostic financier de celle-ci, pour cela nous avons en premier lieu, procédé a une prise de connaissances générales de l'entreprise, en deuxième lieu nous avons élaboré le tableau de SIG et le calcul de la CAF, en troisième lieu nous avons élaboré les bilans fonctionnel et les bilans financier et calculer les indicateurs de l'équilibre financier a savoir le FRNG, le BFR et la TRN, et pour finir par les calcule quelques ratios de solvabilité et de liquidité jugés utiles pour apprécier sa situation financière et l'analyse de la rentabilité.
